- City police reports: request the report from Elko, Carlin, or West Wendover Police when that city agency created it
- Record sealing: file the petition in the court of conviction under Nevada's sealing process
Sheriff Records accepts its Records Request Form in person or by mail and states that staff will make contact within five days of receipt. That is a contact period, not a promise that production will be complete in five days. The County Clerk's counter and Sheriff Records keep different files, so send a court judgment to the Clerk and an agency report or county booking request to the Sheriff.
